The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Task 1 Entitled Comprehensive Construction Works In The Building Of The Cultural Center In Żyrardów, Implemented As Part Of The Project Cultural Heart Of The City - Creative Awakening Of The Cultural Center In Żyrardów In The Spirit Of Social Integration, Co-Financed By The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program.2. The Task Includes The Implementation Of Works In The Historic Building Of The Cultural Center At Plac Jana Pawła Ii No. 3 In Żyrardów, Which Is One Of The Largest Public Buildings In The City And Plays A Key Role In The Cultural Life Of Residents.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Renovation And Modernization Of The Building, Including Thermal Modernization, Reconstruction Of Rooms, Modernization Of Internal Installations And Execution Of Construction, Conservation And Restoration Works. The Works Cover All Floors Of The Building, Facades And Roof, As Well As Modernization Of Sanitary, Electrical, Telecommunications, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations. 4. Due To The Staged Method Of Implementing The Elements Of Stage Technology, The Audio Video System And Technological Lighting, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement Only Stage I (Construction Stage) - Specified In Detail In The Guidelines For Phasing Project Implementation (The Guidelines In Question Constitute An Integral Part Of Annex No. Educational And Social.6. The Implementation Of The Contract Is Necessary To Achieve The Objectives Of The Project And To Ensure The Full Functionality Of The Facility As A Modern Cultural Institution, Enabling The Organization Of Artistic, Educational And Social Events At A Level That Meets Modern Technical And Operational Standards.7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Design Documentation.8. The Ordering Party Is Expected To Carry Out An Optional On-Site Visit, But It Is Recommended In Order To Get Acquainted With The Place And Conditions Of The Order Execution.
