The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Internal Road At Ul. Ogrodowa In Tylicz, Register No. 754/3 And 753/18. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: The Following Elements Of The Work: 1) Mechanical Construction Of The Channel; 2) Construction Of The Lower Layer Of The Foundation; 3) Construction Of The Upper Layer Of The Foundation; 4) Construction Of An Asphalt Concrete Surface; 5) Installation Of Curbs; 6) Installation Of Prefabricated Drainage Channels. The Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In The Design Documentation - Annex No. 6 To The Swz And Stwiorb - Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Procurement Contract. Public, Which Constitute Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Contractor Must Offer At Least A 5-Year Warranty Period For Physical Defects And Quality Guarantee For The Entire Subject Of The Order.
