1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1.1. 1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Ul. Kościuszki And Ul. Cmentarna In Wola Krzysztoporska, Section Of The District Road 1527E Gomulin, Wola Krzysztoporska, Jeżów, Including Reconstruction Of Pedestrian Crossings, Reconstruction Of Sidewalks And Construction Of Accompanying Infrastructure.1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Entire Order Documentation: - Annex No. 3 To The Swz Employers Guidelines - Annex No. 5 To The Swz Design Documentation - Annex No. 6 To The Swz Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 7 To The Swz Bills Of Quantities (Attached As An Aid)1.3. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Order Documentation, Including Swz And Annexes, As Well As The Recommendations Of The Employer And The Investor Supervision Inspector. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order.1.4. Due To The Fact That The Settlement Of The Order Will Be A Lump Sum, The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Number Of Works Necessary To Be Performed. Any Lack Of Necessary Works Resulting From The Documentation In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them Based On The Design At The Contract Price.1.5. The Contractor Has The Right To Correct The Quantities Of Works In The Bill Of Quantities And The Billing Element Table Template According To His Own Calculations Based On The Order Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make A Valuation Based On Technical Knowledge, Order Documentation, And His Own Assessment, Taking Into Account All Necessary Construction Works To Complete The Investment In Question.1.6. The Remuneration Is A Lump Sum And Its Scope Also Includes Elements Not Included In The Order Documentation, But Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Construction Works.1.7. As Part Of The Lump Sum Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Necessary Auxiliary Activities.2. Warrantythe Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: - A Quality Guarantee For The Entire Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance, The Maximum Warranty Period Expected By The Ordering Party Is 60 Months, - Warranty For Defects For A Period Equal To The Offered Warranty Period, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance.
