The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Elements: • Corrective Milling Of The Existing Medium-Thickness Road Surface. 5 Cm, • Mechanical Cleaning Of The Road Surface And Preparation Of The Subfloor, • Making Necessary Repairs To The Substructure, • Sprinkling The Interlayer With Asphalt Emulsion, • Laying A New Wearing Course Of The Road Surface Made Of Asphalt Concrete Thick. 5Cm, • Road Marking • Construction Of Culvertsthe Scope Of The Subject Of The Order To Be Performed By The Contractor Was Specified In: • Documentation Regarding The Road (In The Scope Of Construction Of A Road With A Length Of 2,400 Meters, Starting From The National Road), • Documentation For The Construction Of Culverts • Swz And Bill Of Quantities. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Implementing The Scope Of Work Specified In The Documentation Up To The Amount Of Financial Resources Available, After Obtaining Approval From The Co-Financing Institution, As An Additional Order. 2. Bill Of Quantities - This Is Auxiliary Material Detailing The Elements Of The Works To Be Performed By The Contractor And The Scope Of The Road Length. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Above-Mentioned Elements In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Knowledge And Art, Design Documentation And In Accordance With The Obligations Specified In The Contract, Annex No. 8.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Minimum Guarantee And Warranty For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order. 5.
