1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Insulate The Roof, Replace The Roof Covering Along With Sheet Metal Work And Gutters Of A Multi-Family Residential Building Located At Ul. Armii Krajowej 1 In Wysokie Mazowiecki, Plot No. 1502. An 8% Vat Rate Should Be Applied To This Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations For Works Related To Multi-Family Housing Construction. The Planned Construction Works Do Not Require A Building Permit, But Only Notification To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority. The Ordering Party Informs That The Implementation And Financing Of The Order In Question Are Planned To Be Settled In Two Financial Years, I.E. 2026 And 2027. Payment For The Works Performed Will Be Made As Follows: • By December 31, 2026 - Up To 40% Of The Contractual Remuneration, • By December 31, 2027. - Up To 60% Of The Contractual Remuneration.• Protection Of Works For The Winter Break Period• In The Event Of A Break In The Implementation Of Works Related To The Completion Of A Stage Of Works In The First Budget Year, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Necessary Activities To Protect The Completed And Commenced Works Against The Influence Of Weather Conditions, In Particular Against Rain, Snow, Ice And Wind. The Protection Should Ensure The Tightness Of The Roof And The Safe Use Of The Facility Throughout The Technological Break Until The Works Are Resumed. The Costs Of Implementation, Maintenance And Possible Reconstruction Of Security During The Period Of Interruption In The Implementation Of Works Are Borne By The Contractor And Should Be Included In The Contractual Remuneration. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Security Of The Works And For Damage Resulting From Improper Or Insufficient Security.• Condition For The Acceptance Of Stage I• The Condition For Acceptance Of The Works Performed In The First Financial Year Is To Bring The Roof To A Condition Ensuring Its Full Tightness And To Provide Effective Protection For All Elements Covered By Further Works In The Next Financial Year.2.
