1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Maintenance Of District Dirt Roads In The Area Of ​​Operation Of The District Road Service In Olsztyn. The Order Was Divided Into Three Tasks: 1) The Following County Dirt Roads Are Covered By Maintenance: A) Task No. 1 - Maintenance Of Roads In The Area Of Operation Of Road District No. 1 In Olsztynek, Roads No.: 1230N, 1429N, 1431N, 1526N, 1372N, 1443N.2) Each Time Construction Works Are Carried Out As Part Of The Maintenance Of Dirt Roads By The Contractor Will Be Preceded By An Order Sent To The Contractor By The Ordering Party In Writing, Electronically Or By Fax. The Contractor Will Each Time Commence The Execution Of The Order On The Date Specified In The Offer Submitted By The Contractor (The Deadline For Commencing The Works May Not Be Longer Than 3 Days, Counting From The Day Following The Submission Of The Order).3) The Order Will Include In Particular: The Place, Quantity And Type Of Works That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform.4) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Issue An Invoice Each Time After The Completion And Acceptance Of The Works Under A Given Order.5) Subject The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Swz Arrangements, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Construction Practice.6) The Scope Of Works Includes: A) Grading And Rolling Of Dirt Roads; B) Incorporation And Compaction Of Crushed Aggregate Fractions 0-31.5 (C90/3) And 0-63 (C90/3), Rubble And Coarse Aggregate #4/31.5 Mm; Delivery Of Crushed Aggregate Fractions 0-31.5 (C90/3) And 0-63 (C90/3), Rubble And Coarse Aggregate #4/31.5 Mm For The Repair Of Roads Covered By This Order Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor; C) Road Maintenance Works Using A Backhoe Loader.
