The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Playground At The Municipal-Communal Nursery Smurfowe Wzgórze In Rudniki, As Part Of The Task Entitled Active Playgrounds.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation Together With Annexes To The Design Documentation And Annexes To The Construction Design, Land Development Design, Detailed Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Certificate Of July 29, 2026 Of No Objection To The Notification Of The Intention To Commence Construction Works.3. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Other Documents Indicated In Section 2, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Delivery Of Movable Equipment Indicated In The Documentation Referred To In Section 2. And Obtaining A Post-Installation Inspection Certificate.4. Moreover, The Contractors Obligations Related To The Execution Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
