The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For Rooms Located On The Ground Floor Of The Building Of The Bajkowy Zakątek Childrens Club In Papowo Biskupie, Address Papowo Biskupie 127A, Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Delivery Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Particular In Terms Of Quantity, Size And Parameters; 3) Delivery Brand New, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Carry Out A Test Of Correct Operation, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of The Warranty Rights Of The Equipment To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Together With Its Transport, Bringing, Assembly, Setting In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Of The Building Of The Bajkowy Zakątek Childrens Club In Papowo Biskupie, Address: Papowo Biskupie 127A; 4) Prototype Products Are Not Allowed, Devices Stored For A Long Time Or Those Coming From Manufacturers Sales Programs Are Not Allowed.
