A) The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Design And Implementation Of Lighting As Part Of The Task: Construction Of Lighting At Ul. Nad Drwiną On The Section From Ul. Półłanki 72 Towards Ul. Mariana Domagały. B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using The Following Documents: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 2 To Swz, 2) Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) With Annexes - Appendix No. 8 To The Swz.C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 48 Months And A Maximum Of 60 Months. Note! Offers Containing A Quality Guarantee Period For The Subject Of The Contract Shorter Than 48 Months Will Be Rejected As Not Meeting The Requirements Of The Swz. D) If The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Annex To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Make It Possible To Achieve The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Aimed To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogues, Manufacturers Websites, And The Like. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution, E) The Task Should Be Performed In The Design And Build Formula. F) The Subcontracting Agreement For Construction Works Should Be Consistent With Annex No. 2 To The Swz, I.E. Ppu.
