Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task: Reconstruction And Construction Of Pedestrian Crossings, Including: At The Construction Site Of Lighting To Improve The Safety Of Road Users In Selected Locations Of The City Of Krakow - Ul. Ojcowska / Ul. Budrysów A) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using The Following Documents: - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz; - Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz; - Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz; B) If The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Appendix To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Make It Possible To Achieve The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Aimed To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogues, Manufacturers Websites, And The Like. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution, C) Required Warranty Period: The Minimum Warranty Period Is 48 Months. The Maximum Warranty Period Is 60 Months. Offers Containing A Warranty Period Of Less Than 48 Months Will Be Rejected.2.
