1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Mowing And Weeding Of Green Areas On The Premises Of The Plant/Installation Of Eko-Region Sp. Z O.O. In Gotartów, Commune Kluczbork.2) The Scope Of The Contractors Activities To Be Performed Under The Contract Includes: A) Mowing The Grass Growing On The Plant Premises, Including The Landfill Area With An Area Of ​​Approximately 10.5 Ha (Part Of The Area With A Slope Of 1:2.5), Using Its Own Equipment, Materials And Fuel. The Height Of The Grass After Mowing Must Be No More Than 4 Cm On The Tops Of Plots And Flat Areas And No More Than 8 Cm On Slopes. The Order Does Not Include Raking And Removing The Mow (It Will Remain At The Mowing Site). B) Weeding Planted Green Areas With An Area Of ​​Approx. 600 M2, Using Your Own Equipment, Materials And Fuel. The Service Is To Be Performed In Such A Way That The Removed Weeds From Weeding Green Areas Are Collected By The Contractor In One Place On The Plant Premises, Designated By An Employee Of The Plant/Installation. The Order Does Not Include The Removal Of Weeds From Weeding. 3) The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Mowing And Weeding Referred To In Point 2 Will Be Carried Out Four Times During The Term Of The Contract, Subject To The Provisions Specified In §3 Section 6 Of The Contract, Which Allows For The Service To Be Provided Three Times. The Need To Perform Mowing And Weeding Will Be Reported By The Manager Of The Plant/Installation Or Another Employee Of The Ordering Party Electronically To The E-Mail Address Indicated In §4 Section. 2 Contracts. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Mowing And Weeding Within 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Sending The Notification By The Ordering Party. The Date Of Receipt Of The Notification By The Contractor Is The Date Of Sending The E-Mail By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 2 To The Contract And Includes: The Place Of Service, Where The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed, The Area Of ​​​​The Area Covered By The Service Of Mowing Grass And Weeding Green Areas, The Date Of Performance Of The Service; Guidelines And Assumptions Regarding The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order And Preparing A Report On The Service Performed.
