The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The District Road No. 2121E Oporów - Rakowiec On The Section From Km 1+940 To Km 2+940 As Part Of The Investment Task Titled Modernization Of District Roads. District Road No. 2121E Is A Class Z.2 Road. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1A To The Swz, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sst) - Annex No. 1B To The Swz, 3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 1C To The Swz, (Note: Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Contractors Remuneration, The Ordering Party Provides The Bill Of Quantities As Illustrative And Informational Material) 4) Draft Contract - Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. Guarantee And Warranty For Defects:1) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For The Completed Construction Works For A Period Of At Least 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. (The Final Date Of The Warranty And Warranty For Defects Will Result From The Contractors Offer).2) The Warranty And Warranty Covers All Elements Performed By The Contractor As Part Of The Execution Of The Contract In Question, In Particular Construction Works.3) The Warranty Covers: A) Removal Of All Defects Present In The Item At The Time Of Receipt As Well As Those Arising During The Warranty Period, B) All Costs Related To The Performance Of Warranty Repairs, In Particular The Costs Of Materials And Labor As Well As The Costs Of Travel To The Place Of Repair, Transport, Delivery Of Construction Products, Costs Of Removing All Damages, Defects And Faults That Occurred As A Result Of The Materials Used By The Contractor That Had A Hidden Defect.
