The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of:• Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz;• Functional And Utility Program With Annexes (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz;,3. If Manufacturers Names, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Annex To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Make It Possible To Achieve The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions.
