1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Lighting Of Building No. 5 At Ul. Saperska 1 In Olsztyn. The Order Includes - Electrical Industry (Lighting + Assembly Works) - Dismantling Of Old Raster Lamps And Disposal, Installation Of Led Ceiling Lamps, As-Built Documentation, Acceptance Measurements; Construction Works - Painting Ceilings Twice. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annexes No. 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 To The Swz. 2. Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: Building No. 5 In The Military Complex At Ul. Saperska 1 In Olsztyn. 3. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. The Works Performed And Installed Devices, For A Period Of: Minimum 36 - Maximum 60 Months. 4. Warranty Period: 36 Months - According To Art. 568 § 1 Of The Civil Code 5. Maintenance And Inspections: - According To Contractual Provisions - Once A Year During The Warranty Period.
