The Ordering Party Envisages Purchasing The Excluded Equipment As Part Of A Separate Public Procurement Procedure. The Exclusion Referred To Above Does Not Cover Construction, Installation, Finishing Works Or Other Activities Necessary To Prepare The Facility For Subsequent Installation Of The Excluded Equipment, In Particular The Implementation Of The Required Connections, Power Points, Reinforcements, Fastenings And Other Elements Resulting From The Design Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled Establishment Of A Modern Public Library In Szarów, Kłaj Commune, Including The Reconstruction Of A Service Building Along With The Change Of Use Of Part Of The Building Into A Library, Reconstruction Of Internal Water Installations, Sanitary Sewage, Central Heating, Gas And Electrical Installations, Construction Of An External Ramp For People With Disabilities And Execution Of Other Works Resulting From The Design Documentation, On Plots No. 521/3 And 519/3 In Szarów, Kłaj Commune. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With With Complete Design Documentation, Including In Particular The Design Documentation Approved By The Decision Of The Starost Of Wieliczka No. 1889.2020 Of November 17, 2020, Ref. No. Bgn.6740.1259.2020.Ig, Taking Into Account Changes Resulting From The Decision Of The Starost Of Wieliczka No. 568.2026 Of April 7, 2026, Ref. Ab.6740.4.7.2026.Ig, Approving The Construction Design Together With An Alternative Construction Design, As Well As Technical And Executive Designs Of Individual Industries, Interior Design Design, Stwiorb, Drawings, Specifications, Technical Expertise And Other Studies Submitted As Order Documents. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Delivery, Assembly Or Commissioning Of Movable Equipment Of The Facility, In Particular Furniture, Equipment, Devices, Office Equipment, Specialist Equipment And Other Utility Equipment, Unless Design Documentation Or The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Directly Indicates A Given Element As Constituting The Scope Of Construction Works. Mobile Equipment Is Not The Subject Of These Proceedings And Will Be Purchased By The Ordering Party In A Separate Procedure Or In Another Way In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
