The Subject Of The Order Is Renewal Of The Park In Jerzmanki Under Priority No. 2 European Funds For The Environment In Lower Silesia Measure No. 2.10 Nature And Climate Protection - Iti Of The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program, In The Design And Build Formula. 2. The Area Covered By The Study Is Located In Jerzmanki, Zgorzelec Commune, Zgorzelec Poviat, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, 59-900 Zgorzelec, Registration District: 022507_2.0005, Jerzmanki, Plot No. 123/7 And 123/10. 3. The Park Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Registration Number A/5646/839/J Of July 12, 1984. - The Assumptions Adopted For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Should Ensure Complete Safety For The Existing Structure Of The Historic Building.4. There Are Two Stages Of The Order: 1) Stage (I), Which Is The Subject Of This Order, Includes:  Development Of Complete Design Documentation And Obtaining All Arrangements And Permits For The Entire Scope Of The Order, (Design Of Stages I And Ii)  Execution Of Construction Works, Revitalization Works, Including Plantings Based On The Prepared Documentation (Stage I), 2) Stage (Ii) Will Complement The Previously Performed Tasks With:  Restoration Of Buildings And Facilities Water, Introduction Of A New Function, I.E. A Parking Lot, Sanitary And Utility Building And Development Of The Area Around The New Zone By Separating And Planting Fruit Trees In An Axial Arrangement. The Implementation Of The Second Stage (Stage Ii) Of The Order Is Not Started In This Procedure Due To The Lack Of Securing Financial Resources For Its Implementation. 5. The Subject Of This Order Is The Implementation Of The Task In The Design And Build Formula, In The Following Scope: 1) Design - Design Documentation Phase (Full Scope - Stage I And Stage Ii), Including The Preparation Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation (Construction Design, Detailed Designs, Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities) And Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions, Including A Building Permit / Notification For The Entire Investment Project, I.E.
