4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Titled: Providing Investor Supervision Over Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Following. Investment Tasks: A) Task No. 1 - Construction Of The Building Of The Academy Of Nature - Stage Ii Consisting In The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Existing Hotel Building With A Change Of Use Intended For A Building With An Educational Function, B) Task No. 2 - Construction Of The Building Of The Vocational Activation Center With The Functions Of A Social Welfare Home.4.2. Investments (Tasks) Consist Of The Following Implementation Stages: A) Stage I - Review Of The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Of The Above. Investment In Terms Of Existing Trademarks, Names Of Manufacturers, Models, Types Of Devices, Systems Or Reference Solutions, Preparing Individual Descriptions And Equivalences For Them And Completing The Equivalence Table (The Table Template Is Attached As Annex No. 7 To The Swz), Verification Of All Standards, Technical Specifications, Approvals, Guidelines And Reference Documents Indicated In The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities And Other Studies, Indication Of Current Standards Or Documents Replacing Withdrawn Standards, As Well As An Assessment Of Whether A Possible Change In Standards Affects Adopted Design Solutions And Completing The Standards Update Tables (The Table Template Is Attached As Annex No. 6 To The Swz) Note: Completed Tables Referred To In Section 3 Points 1 Letter A And B Will Be An Attachment To The Documentation Of The Public Procurement Procedure To Select A Contractor For Construction Works, To Which The Contractor Consents. B) Stage Ii - Cooperation With The Ordering Party In Conducting A Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works And Concluding A Contract By The Ordering Party With The Contractor Of Construction Works. The Procedure Will Be Conducted As An Open Tender Pursuant To Art. 132 With A Contract Value Exceeding The Eu Thresholds Specified In Art. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law C) Stage Iii - Supervision Of The Implementation Of Construction Works And Acceptance Of The Works.
