The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Warehouse Building For The Storage Of Materials And Equipment Related To The Functioning Of Civil Defense And Crisis Management, Closely Related To The Functioning And Specific Activities Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade. Along With The Construction Of The Facility, It Is Planned To Liquidate Part Of The Underground Technical Infrastructure And Develop The Adjacent Area. The Investment Is Located On Plot No. 213 In The Area. 3 Cities Of Prochowice. General Scope Of Work To Be Performed: 1. Construction Of A Warehouse Building With A Steel Structure, Dimensions 12 X 25 M2. Laying A Cable Line Supplying The Building With Electricity, 30 M Long,3. Partial Liquidation Of Underground Infrastructure, I.E. Closed Channels And Sanitary Sewage Tanks,4. Hardening The Area With Concrete Cubes - Area Approx. 240 M2 The Basic Assumptions Of The Work To Be Performed Are Given In The Bill Of Quantities, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Attachment. No. 6 To Swz, I.E.: Land Development Project Entitled Construction Of A Warehouse Hall For Civil Defense And Crisis Management, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Stwiorb And Bill Of Quantities. All Works Described In The Documentation Constituting The Attachment. No. 6 To The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform In Accordance With The Documentation And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Construction Practice, Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations, Under The Conditions Specified In The Concluded Contract, The Draft Of Which Constitutes The Annex. No. 1 To Swz.Note This Design Documentation Assumes The Use Of A Steel System Hall, For Which The Manufacturer Provides Technical Documentation Constituting The Basis For The Construction And Assembly Of The Steel Structure. The Contractor Of Construction Works Covered By The Investment Is Obliged To Obtain Or Develop Detailed Documentation Of The Steel Structure By Persons With The Required Construction Qualifications. It Is Permissible To Change The Construction Technology Of The Hall Structure, Provided That The Technical Parameters Specified In This Design Documentation Are Maintained. If A Solution Other Than That Adopted In The Project Is Used, Detailed Documentation Of The Steel Structure Should Be Developed, Adapted To The Technology And System Of The Selected Manufacturer. Before Starting Construction Works, The Contractor Of The Steel Structure Should Be Identified And His Guidelines Regarding The Preparation Of Foundations, As Well As The Technology Of Production, Delivery And Assembly Of Structural Elements, Should Be Taken Into Account.
