The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works For The Renovation Of Part Of The Military Railway Siding No. 220 In The Bezwola Military Complex Administered By The 41St Air Training Base In Dęblin.2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Fully Completed Within 70 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Construction Works In Their Entirety And To Report In Writing The Readiness Of The Construction Works For Final Acceptance, Specifying The Date Of Completion Of The Construction Works (The Notification Must Be Submitted To The Employers Public Office, I.E. The 41St Air Training Base In Dęblin) - Within 70 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.3. Completion Of The Subject Of The Order Must Result In The Signing Of The Works Acceptance Report Without Any Reservations As To Significant Defects By The Parties Within The Time Limit Indicated In Point 2.4. Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Scope Of Requirements Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz (Annex No. 3 To The Contract); Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz (Annex No. 2 To The Contract) And The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract (Annex No. 5 To The Swz). Detailed Description Of The Subject The Orders (Detailed Scope Of Works And Conditions Of Their Implementation) Contain The Following Annexes To The Swz: - Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 8; - Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 7; - Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract - Annex No. 55. For Technological And Social Purposes, The Contractor Undertakes To Use Its Own Sources Of Electricity And Water, Or Will Install At Its Own Expense, A Water Meter Or Its Own Electrical Switchgear With A Meter (Measuring Devices Should Have Valid Verification), Sealed By The Representative Of The Infrastructure Of The 41St Air Training Base In Dęblin. For The Used Utilities, Based On The Meters Installed, The Contractor Will Be Charged With Invoices: 1) For Water - Issued By The Ordering Party; 2) For Electricity - By The Manager - District Infrastructure Authority Lublin, After Signing An Agreement For The Use Of Electricity Or Water. In The Construction Site Handover Report, The Contractor Will Indicate The Variant Of Securing Utilities For The Execution Of The Order.6. The Handover Of The Construction Site To The Contractor By The Ordering Party Together With The Required Documents Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Construction Manager And A Specialist In The Railway Industry, Within 3 Business Days (Three Business Days) From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
