1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of A Third-Party Liability Warehouse - According To The Parameters Specified In The Attached Design Documentation And In The Bill Of Quantities. The Order Is Implemented With Financial Support Under The Program Entitled Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of A Warehouse Building Consisting Of A Connected Tent Hall And A Storage Container, All Treated As An Integral Warehouse Facility With One Function. The Building In Question Is Intended For Warehousing Purposes For Storing Products And Materials Necessary As Part Of Civil Defense Activities. Items That Are Insensitive To Temperature Changes Will Be Stored In The Tent Hall. The Container Is Designed To Store Products That Are Sensitive To Freezing. Attention! The Ordering Party Informs That The Scope Of This Order Excludes The Construction Of A Fire Protection Tank And The Access Road To The Tank. Due To The Change In The Adopted Design Solution Regarding The Fire Protection Of The Facility, The Ordering Party Is Carrying Out Activities Related To The Development And Approval Of Replacement Design Documentation, Including Ensuring The Required Fire Protection Using The Water Supply Network. The Water Supply Network, Which Is An Element Of A Separate Scope Of The Investment, Is Currently Under Implementation. The Ordering Party Expects To Complete It Before The End Of This Procedure And To Carry Out The Required Activities Related To Its As-Built Geodetic Inventory And The Competent Construction Supervision Authority. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Construction Of A Fire Protection Tank Or An Access Road To The Tank. Road Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Current Site Plan Of The Road Industry - Drawing D-1, Which Is An Element Of The Design Documentation And Describes The Scope Of Works Covered By This Order. Before Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To To Read The Entire Documentation Of The Procedure And To Include In The Offer Price All Works Necessary For The Correct And Complete Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, With The Exception Of Works Expressly Excluded From Its Scope.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage Construction And Demolition Waste In A Way That Ensures: 1) Selective Waste Collection At The Construction Site, 2) Maximization (By Weight) Of The Share Of Non-Hazardous Waste Transferred For Reuse, Recycling Or Other Recovery, 3) Transfer Of Waste Only To Entities With Appropriate Authorizations. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Monitor And Document The Implementation Of The Project And To Present, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Collected Documentation (E.G. Internal Instructions, Decisions, Reports, Photographs, Certificates/Declarations, Etc.) During The Preparation And Implementation Of The Order.4.
