1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Temporary Place Of Shelter In The Building Of The School Complex In Karnkowo.2. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. The Detailed Scope And Functional And Operational Requirements Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Which Constitutes Volume Ii Of The Procedure Documentation.3. The Facility Covers Part Of The Basement Of The School Complex Building In Karnkowo. The Oil Boiler Room Remains Outside The Scope Of The Study And Works, Subject To The Necessary Installation Connections And Security Measures Resulting From The Project.4. The Indicative Goal Of The Ordering Party Is To Obtain The Largest Possible Capacity Of The Mds, Assuming Approximately 250 People. This Number Is Not A Guaranteed Or Minimum Capacity. The Final Capacity Of The Mds Will Be Determined By The Competent Territorial Civil Protection Authority In Accordance With § 9 Of The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of July 9, 2025, Taking Into Account The Verified Eligible Area, Air Availability, Expected Protection Time And The Number Of Exits.5. The Scope Includes In Particular: A) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With The Required Arrangements, Opinions And Notifications, If Required; B) Inventory And Assessment Of The Existing Condition To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Design Of The Works; C) Replacement Or Adaptation Of Doors And Windows In Accordance With The Ffu And Design Documentation; D) Implementation Of New Ventilation Appropriate To The Function Of The Facility; E) Repair And Reconstruction Of Damp-Proof Insulation To The Extent Resulting From The Examination And Design; F) Renovation Of Plasters, Preparation Surfaces And Painting;G) Replacement Or Construction Of Floors;H) Adaptation And Expansion Of Sanitary Facilities To The Needs Of The Designed Function;I) Adaptation Of The Electrical Installation, Replacement Of Lighting And Provision Of Reserve Power Supply;J) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Generator With The Necessary Switching/Power Supply System;K) Carrying Out Tests, Measurements, Commissioning, As-Built Documentation And Training Of Indicated Persons;L) Obtaining Documents Necessary For The Lawful Use Of The Completed Scope.
