Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Second School Bus To Transport Students To Schools Run By The Stare Babice Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New School Bus (Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law) For The Purposes Of Transporting Students To Schools Run By The Stare Babice Commune - Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Contract, Bus, School Bus Or Vehicle. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Detail In Annex No. 1A To The Swz (Minimum Technical And Operational Requirements). The Minimum Number Of Seats In The Vehicle Is 29 + 2 Seats (Driver And Guardian), I.E. 31 Seats, The Ordering Party Allows A Larger Number Of Seats, But Not More Than 37 (Including The Driver And Guardian).3. The Engine Control System Cannot Contain Hidden Programs That Change The Exhaust Emission Level Depending On Its Operating Mode.4. The Vehicle Must Have Equipment, Safety Systems, Devices And Components That Meet The Requirements Of National And/Or International Regulations, Including Those In Force In The European Union.5. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Vehicle Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Or Was Produced In The Production Process As A Bus And Have Full Type Approval (Factory Approval). As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Is Not Allowed To Install, For Example, A Base Vehicle Or A Chassis On A Bus And As A Result Of Obtaining The First Or Second Degree Approval Or Individual Approval Or Individual Vehicle Approval Certificate.6. As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Perform The First Inspection (Including Other Necessary Activities) Necessary To Admit The Bus To Traffic Or Activate The Manufacturers Warranty, If Required By The Manufacturers Guidelines/Requirements Or Legal Regulations. The Document Confirming The Inspection Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party. If Such Activities Need To Be Performed After Final Acceptance And Registration, The Contractor Will Indicate To The Ordering Party The Place Where The Inspection Is To Be Performed (In Poland) And Will Bear The Costs Of Its Implementation.7. The Ordering Party Will Collect The Subject Of The Contract At The Contractors Premises Within The Time Specified By It, After Prior Written Notification By The Contractor Of Readiness For Acceptance. The Location Where The Pickup/Re-Collection Will Take Place Must Be Within Poland. 8. During Vehicle Collection, An Acceptance Report Will Be Prepared, Taking Into Account Any Defects And Defects Found And The Deadlines For Their Removal, Signed By The Representatives Of The Parties. 9. After Removing The Defects And Faults Identified In The Acceptance Report, The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party In Writing Of Its Readiness For Acceptance, Who Will Immediately Begin Collecting The Vehicle.10. Together With The Final Acceptance, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With All The Necessary Documents To Register The Vehicle In Accordance With Its Intended Use, In Particular The Approval Certificat
