Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Used Buses For The Needs Of The Gorzkowice Commune

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Used Bus Not Older Than One Manufactured In 2012, With A Confirmed Mileage (Cpik) Of Not More Than 600,000 Km, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contained In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. For Part 1 Part 1: Purchase Of A Bus With 35-45 Seats. 4.3. General Requirements Of The Subject Of The Contract For All Parts Of The Procedure: 4.3.1 Buses Must Meet The Technical Conditions Specified In The Legal Provisions In Force In Poland For Cars Traveling On Public Roads, Including In Particular: The Requirements Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended).4.3.2 Buses Must Meet The Requirements For Vehicle Approval Specified In The Act Of April 14, 2023 On Approval Systems For Vehicles And Their Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 919),4.3.3 The Supplier Ensures 3 A One-Month Start-Up Warranty, During Which In The Event Of A Failure Resulting From Defects/Faults In Hidden Components Such As The Gearbox Or Engine, Of Which The Ordering Party Was Not Aware, The Supplier Will Cover All Costs Related To The Removal Of The Defect/Fault In Question, If It Is Not The Result Of Improper Use Of The Subject Of The Order.4.3.4 The Buses Must Be In Good Working Order And Free From Accidental Damage. Minor Damage Resulting From Normal Use Is Allowed. The Damage Should Be Able To Be Removed During Paint Repair (Without The Need To Replace Elements). All Windows Are Free Of Cracks And Scratches Other Than Those Resulting From Normal Use.4.3.5 Buses Must Have A Valid Technical Inspection And Insurance, Valid At Least Until The Date Of Collection Of The Bus.4.3.6 Buses Must Be Registered In Poland. 4.3.7 The Buses Will Be Collected At The Ordering Partys Office.4.3.8 The Cost Of Delivering The Bus To The Ordering Partys Office Is Covered By The Contractor.4.3.9 Before Purchasing, The Buyer Has The Right To Inspect The Vehicle And Test Drive It In Order To Determine Compliance With The Provisions Of The Swz.4.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of Minimum Required Technical And Operational Parameters, Including Vehicle Equipment, Is Described In The Appendix To The Swz: No. 1.1 - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part 1
