A Service Consisting In Conducting Teaching Classes In Accordance With The Specialization Training Program In The Field Of Psychotherapy Of Children And Adolescents - Detailed Block - Module Vii, Variant B, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of June 13, 2017 On Specialization In Fields Applicable To Health Care (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1771, As Amended), As Well As The Specialization Training Program In The Field Of Psychotherapy Of Children And Adolescents Approved By The Center For Postgraduate Medical Education (Cmkp) And The Minister Of Health.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 5. The Place Of Service Is The Institute Of Psychology Of The University Of Gdańsk, Ul. Prof. Marii Janion 3, 80-309 Gdańsk.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Resign From The Execution Of Part Of The Order, Up To A Maximum Of 10% Of The Gross Value Of The Contractors Remuneration Referred To In § 3 Section 1 Of The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4A To The Swz. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party, In Particular A Claim For Performance Of The Contract Up To The Full Amount Or For Payment Of Remuneration For The Unrealized Part Of The Order. The Planned Resignation Results In A Corresponding Reduction In The Final Value Of The Remuneration Due To The Contractor And Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract Requiring The Conclusion Of An Annex.7.
