The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Fully Functional, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects And Meet The Technical, Quality And Operational Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Equipment Should Have All The Documents Necessary To Complete The Formalities Related To Admission To Traffic On Public Roads And An Operating Manual In Polish. The Ordering Party Requires That The Tractor And Its Accessories Must Be Covered By At Least 24-Month Warranty Period. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk, Delivery Address: Selective Collection Point Of Municipal Waste Ul. Kołobrzeska 4A, 78-230 Karlino. The Contractor Will Ensure Warranty Repairs Are Carried Out At The Manufacturers Authorized Service Center. If The Authorized Service Center Is Located At A Distance Exceeding 200 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, The Contractor Will Ensure, At Its Own Expense, The Collection And Delivery Of The Equipment To The Place Of Warranty Repairs. Note! In Point 4 Of The Offer Form, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Exact Parameter Of The Offered Vehicle, E.G. In The Case Of Engine Power (70-80 Hp Required), He Must Indicate The Engine Power Of The Offered Vehicle. Failure To Indicate A Specific Parameter Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Pzp: Its Content Is Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.
