The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (For Each Part Separately).2. Contractors May Submit Offers For Each Part.3. The Ordering Party Will Select The Most Advantageous Offer For Each Part Separately.4. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Mounted On A Transport Trailer With Road Approval, Unused And From Current Production. 5. Place Of Delivery Of Orders: Zkgo Brzezinka Ul. Czarna 8, 32 – 600 Oświęcim.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Any Interference Outside The Manufacturer In The Delivered Equipment Before Delivery To The Ordering Party. 6. The Ordering Party Received Funding For The Task In Question Under The National Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 Adopted By Resolution No. 72 Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 27, 2025 (M.P. Of 2025, Item 541), On The System Of Financing Civil Protection And Civil Defense Tasks Resulting From The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Civil Protection And Civil Defense. Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1907).7. On The Day Of Acceptance, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide As-Built Documentation, Including In Particular A Warranty Card Along With Technical And Operational Documentation (If Applicable), A Catalog Card And An Operating Manual In Polish. 8. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And Risk, To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, Where The Official Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place. The Delivery Also Includes Unloading, Unpacking, Assembly And Startup Of The Delivered Devices (Including Ensuring Access To Fuel Necessary For Starting), Their Appropriate Configuration And Demonstration Of The Correct Operation Of All Devices.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Training For Persons Designated To Operate The Devices. 10. The Contractor Must Submit A Declaration Or Demonstrate That He Has Access To An Authorized Service Point (His Own Or A Partners) In The Country, Which Will Ensure Response Time To Reporting A Failure (E.G. Repair) Within No More Than 24 Hours During The Warranty Period.11. Rules For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: 1) Obligations Of The Parties; 2) Participants In The Delivery Process; 3) Deadlines 4) Rules For The Execution And Settlement Of The Delivery; 5) Acceptance 8) Contractual Penalties; 9) Contractors Remuneration And Payment Rules; 10) Changes To The Contract; Are Specified In Detail In The Material Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 9 To Swz12. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Warranty And Warranty Period Of 24 Months Or A Maximum Of 36 Months For The Delivery.
