Forward Digital MENA invites quotations from eligible suppliers for the provision of CRM software subscriptions for the nammiskills Platform V2. The proposed CRM solution should support, among other requirements: -Centralized user data management; -User journey and event tracking; -User segmentation; -Automated workflows and engagement; -Campaign management; -Analytics and reporting; -Business Intelligence and data-access capabilities; -API and integration capabilities with nammiskills and other relevant third-party systems; and -Administrative and user-management capabilities.
