Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Air Conditioning Systems. Closing Date: Saturday, 22. Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Shelter and Non-Food Items Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of twenty-four (24) DC Inverter Heat Pump Split Air-Conditioning Units, as follows: 60,000 BTU/h Qty: 1 9,000 BTU/h Qty: 5 12,000 BTU/h Qty: 12 18,000 BTU/h Qty: 5 24,000 BTU/h Qty: 1 The scope shall include the dismantling of existing AC units, supply and installation of new indoor and outdoor units, required supports and accessories, refrigerant charging, flushing of existing copper piping where applicable, testing, commissioning, and start-up. Suppliers shall also provide separate unit rates per linear meter for any additional copper piping required, including insulation and control cables. All proposed equipment shall be new and compliant with the required technical specifications. Bidders shall clearly state the brand, model, country of origin, unit price, total price, warranty, delivery lead time, and installation period in their quotation.
