The bidding document can be inspected during office hours from 08:00 am to 03:00 pm, Saturday to Thursday, at the address below. 2. The Bidding document in English can be obtained free of cost by submitting a written application to the address below. 3. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 am on 15 September 2026. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 10:00 am on 15 September 2026 4.
