The Successful Contractor Shall Provide All Labor, Equipment, Materials, Tools, Transportation, Permits, And Incidentals Necessary To Perform The Requested Debris Removal Services In Accordance With Fema Public Assistance Requirements And All Appliable State, Federal, And Local Regulations.
