Given That The Works Affect The Same Property And With The Aim Of Speeding Up The Contracting Procedure Since A Single Tender Entails The Completion Of Fewer Administrative Procedures, It Is Considered Appropriate To Proceed With The Contracting Of The Two Works Projects Together.
