Conducting Individual And Group Supervision Under Procedure Bg05sfpr002-2.007-0002-С02 Increasing The Capacity Of The Employees Of The Social Assistance Agency In Connection With The Modernization Of The Social Protection Systems - Component 2, Project Modernization Of The Social Protection Systems In The Social Assistance Agency, Program Human Resources Development 2021-2027​​​​​​ Up To 5,295 Hours Of Supervision Are Planned For The Duration Of The Project, Incl. Up To 795 Hours Group And Up To 4,500 Hours Individual For Up To 4,500 Employees, And The Supervisions Will Take Place At The Workplaces For All Employees From The Departments Child Protection (Cd), Social Protection (Sz), Individual Assessment Of People With Disabilities And Social Services (Iohusu) And Individual Assessment Of People With Disabilities And Social Services And Social Protection (Iohususz) From The Directorates Social Assistance (Ssp). The Contractor Should Carry Out The Following Activities: 1. To Conduct Up To 795 Hours Of Group Supervision - Up To 90 Minutes For One Group Supervision, With Groups Formed By 10-12 People. 2. Conduct Up To 4,500 Hours Of Individual Supervision - Up To 60 Minutes Per Individual Supervision.
