The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery And Installation Of Furniture At Su Dimcho Debelyanov, Varna, Financed By The National Program Ensuring A Modern, Safe And Accessible Educational Environment - Module 1, Activity 2 Creation Of A Center For Humanities A Detailed Description Of All Planned Activities Is Contained In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. There Is No Possibility Of Providing Variants In The Offers Of The Participants. The Contractor Must Ensure, At His Own Expense, Warranty Maintenance Of The Delivered And Installed Furniture, During The Period Of His Warranty Period Specified In His Proposal For Performance. No Additional Payments Are Foreseen By The Contractor During The Guarantee Period. The Price Includes All Costs Related To The Quality Execution Of The Order, Described In The Technical Specifications By Type And Scope, Including But Not Limited To All Costs For Materials, Manufacturing, Packaging, Delivery, Transport, Loading And Unloading Activities, Installation And Other Costs, Including The Necessary Documents For Paid Taxes, Duties, Fees, Warranty Service And All Other Obligations Of The Contractor. The Procedure Will Be Conducted In Accordance With Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, Under The Conditions Of Art. 61, Para. 2, 3 And 4 Of The Ppzop, I.E. In Reverse Order.
