Within The Framework Of This Public Procurement, The Selected Contractor Should Provide Consulting Services Related To The Organization And Management Of The Project, The Measures For Visibility, Transparency And Communication, As Well As The Reporting Of The Planned Activities. The Goal Is To Guarantee The Quality And Timely Implementation And Reporting Of The Project, In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Adbfp. The Selected Contractor, Together With The Project Manager, Will Be Responsible For The Overall Organization And Coordination Of The Work Process For Managing And Implementing The Project And Its Activities, Defining, Specifying And Distributing Specific Tasks Among The Experts.
