The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Various Types Of Medical Devices/Consumables - Sterile Sutures. The Procurement Is Divided Into 5 (Five) Distinct Items Detailed In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, An Integral Part Of These Bid Instructions. The Contracting Authority Sets A Requirement For The Complexity Of The Bids For The Separate Items. The Term Of Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Validity Period Of The Offers Is 6 Months. When Considering The Offers, The Appointed Committee Will Apply The So-Called Reversed Order, On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Zop, In Connection With Art. 61 Of The Ppzop, The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Carried Out Before Considering The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria. The Performance Guarantee Is In The Amount Of 2% (Two Percent) Of The Value Of The Contract, Excluding Vat. On The Basis Of Art. 52, Para. 5 Of The Zop, If Necessary, The Contracting Authority May Require The Participants To Provide Samples After Submitting The Offer Sent Through The Platform, In Order To Prove The Compliance Of The Offered Medical Devices With The Parameters Laid Down In The Technical Specification. – Appendix No. 1.
