The Subject Of The Public Procurement Envisages Making Periodic Deliveries, Made Through The Purchase Of Measuring Devices, Intended For Installation To Water Supply Systems, Necessary To Ensure The Economic Activity Of Water Supply And Sewerage Ltd., Town Of Silistra, With Technical Parameters And Characteristics Described In Detail In The Technical Specification. The Object Of The Order Is Delivery Of Goods Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code. The Specific Deliveries In Terms Of Type And Quantity Will Be Determined In A Prior Written Request Of The Contracting Authority And Will Be Performed Through Periodic Deliveries. The Public Procurement Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Economically Most Advantageous Offer Based On The Award Criterion Optimal Quality/Price Ratio Under Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. The Delivery Of Goods Is Carried Out By And At The Expense Of The Contractor To The Central Warehouse Of The Contracting Authority At The Address: Silistra, 19 Baba Tonka St. The Specific Deliveries By Type And Quantity Will Be Determined In A Preliminary Written Request For The Delivery Of The Goods. Deadline For Execution Of The Order: The Deadline Is Tied To The Conclusion Of A Contract, Which Enters Into Force On The Specified Date And Is Valid Until All Obligations Undertaken By The Parties Under It Are Fulfilled For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months Or Until The Value Of The Contract Is Reached, Whichever Event Occurs Earlier. The Order Will Be Executed Through Periodic Deliveries In Quantities Determined By Prior Written Requests Of The Contracting Authority, According To The Needs Of The Company And Making Quick Deliveries In Case Of Emergency Needs In Accordance With The Proposed Offer Of The Participant Designated As The Executor Of The Public Procurement.
