In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, An Engineering Contractor Should Be Identified - Design, Author Supervision And Construction In Connection With The Construction Of A Modernized Plant For Composting Separately Collected Green And Biodegradable Waste For The Needs Of The Municipalities Of Svishtov, Pavlikeni, Belene And Nikopol. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes: Design - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Phase; Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works For The Realization Of The Construction Of The Site According To The Approved Investment Project; Exercise Authors Supervision During The Construction Of The Object. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Activities Assigned To Him In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation, Including The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With All The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And In Strict Compliance With The Applicable National And International Normative Acts Governing The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Activities, The Subject Of The Order, As Well As The Requirements Related To Their Implementation, Is Contained In The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. The Procedure Will Be Conducted In Accordance With Art. 104, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Zop And Under The Conditions Of Art. 61 Of Ppzop (The So-Called Reversed Order).
