The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery By Purchase Of 1 New Unused Truck With A Tipper Superstructure, Category N 2, For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Sapareva Banya In The Sense Of Art. 149, Para. 1, Item 3 Letter B Of The Road Traffic Act, Meeting The Criteria For A Clean Vehicle Within The Meaning Of Art. 47, Para. 5 Of The Zop In Connection With Ordinance No. H-21 / 19.12.2021 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles, Introducing The Requirements Of Directive (Eu) 2019/1161 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of June 20, 2019 Amending Directive 2009/22/Ec On The Promotion Of Clean And Energy-Efficient Road Vehicles. The Car Must Be Factory New, Unused, Approved For Sale In The European Union And Able To Be Registered, According To The Current Legislation Of The European Union And The Republic Of Bulgaria. Registration Of The Vehicle With The Traffic Police (Kat) Is Carried Out By The Contractor. Upon Delivery, The Contractor Must Provide The Client With Documents Certifying The Quality And Origin Of The Car And All Other Documents Necessary For Its Use - In Bulgarian. All Costs For The Removal Of Defects That Occurred During The Warranty Period, Incl. Repairs And/Or Replacement Of Defective Parts And Devices, As Well As Transportation To An Authorized Service Center And Vice Versa, Are At The Expense Of The Contractor.
