The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Regional Historical Museum-Varna. The Public Procurement Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 12 Calendar Months. The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Contract Is Eur 51,129.19 Excluding Vat. On The Basis Of Article 65, Paragraph 1 Of The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Law On Public Procurement (Pppo) In Connection With Article 79, Paragraph 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Will Not Apply Article 64, Paragraph 2 And Paragraph 3 Of The Pppo (Will Not Send And Approve An Invitation To Participate), And The Contract Will Be Concluded With The Company Overgas Networks Ad, Which Has Exclusive Rights To Distribute Natural Gas And Supply With Natural Gas From A Final Supplier In The Territory Of Varna. According To Art. 65, Para. 2 Of The Ppzop, The Contract Will Be Concluded After The Entry Into Force Of This Decision To Open The Procedure.
