The Highway Department Requires The Diagnostic Study Service For Environmental Declaration Of Construction Materials From The Highway Department, In Accordance With The Administrative And Technical Requirements Described In These Bidding Terms. This Service Aims To Establish A Diagnosis Of The Construction Elements And Materials Associated With Road Works, In Terms Of The Existence Of Dap Certifications, Also Establishing The Need To Have At Least 10 Priority Products That Have Said Certification, In Order To Conveniently Establish The Carbon Footprint Of The Road Works.
