The Project Is Located At The Western Access Of The Urban Area Of The Community Of Futaleufú, Los Lakes Region, From The Espolón Bridge To The Crossing With Sargent Street Village. The Sector To Intervene Corresponds To A Pedestrian Axis Of 385 Linear Meters. The Project Is Developed From The Reactivation Of A Pedestrian Walk Located In The Western Access Of The Community Of Futaleufú, This Project Came As A Response Direct To The Need To Recover A Public Space That Is Currently Located In Conditions Of Abandonment And Represent A Risk To The Security Of The Community. This Pedestrian Walkway Has Currently Lost Its Functionality Due To Physical Deterioration, The Lack Of Maintenance And Little Use By The Inhabitants, In Its Current State The Zone Generates A Perception Of Insecurity, But Also Acts As A Critical Point Of Risk For Passers, Affecting The Quality Of Life Of The Local Population. The Reactivation And Improvement Of The Walk Seeks To Transform This Space Into An Environment Safe, Accessible And Invites The Community To Appropriate The Urban Space Again. This Allows To Recover A Connection Node And Pedestrian Circulation, Promoting The Environment Social And Improve The Urban Environment.
