B. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 160 Para. (2) From Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. If These Deadlines End On Non-Working Days, The Contracting Authority Will Respond On The Last Working Day Before That Deadline.
