Mass Spectrometer – Delivery Of A Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (Icp-Ms) Coupled With High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (Uhplc System). 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (Icp-Ms) Coupled With High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (Uhplc System). 2) In Particular, The Contractors Obligations Will Include: 1) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. A Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (Icp-Ms) Coupled With High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (Uhplc System) (Including In Particular Loading, Transport, Bringing In, Unloading, Setting Up, Assembly, Connection To The Installation In The Laboratory In The Indicated Place) To The Laboratory Located In The Building Of The Faculty Of Chemistry, 2) Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment In The Laboratory Immediately After Delivery And Checking Its Correct Operation To Obtain The Required Parameters, 3) Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Employees Who Are Users In The Proper Operation And Maintenance Of The Equipment. The Training Will Take Place Immediately After Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment On A Business Day, 4) Providing Warranty And Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order For The Period Specified In The Submitted Offer, 5) Maintaining The Delivered Subject Of The Order For The Period Specified In The Contract, 6) Performing Warranty Service During The Warranty Period, Including The Provision Of Technical Assistance. 3) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs. 4) Detailed Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), All Annexes To The Opz Constitute Its Integral Part And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 2. The Proceedings Are Conducted In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Laboratory Of Innovative Chemistry And Chemical Technologies (Lichtch) At The Faculty Of Chemistry (Wch) Of The Lodz University Of Technology (Pł) No. Feld.01.01-Ip.02-0004/25-00, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For Lodz 2021-2027. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 2.1. The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts Due To The Fact That Its Scope Constitutes A Related Whole. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. Offers That Do Not Include The Full Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Will Be Rejected. 2.2. The Ordering Party Awards Contracts In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. Guarantee And Warranty Period: 3.
