The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement And Subsequent Contracts Can Be Found In The Specification Minimum Value Of Subsequent Contract: - 1,413,101 Lei Without Vat Maximum Value Of Subsequent Contract: - 6,782,707 Lei Without Vat Minimum Value Of Framework Agreement: - 11,304,808 Lei Without Vat Maximum Value Of Framework Agreement: - 54,261,656 Lei Without Vat The Framework Agreement Enters Into Force On The Date Of Signing, And The First Related Subsequent Contract Will Be Assigned After The Expiry Date Of The Last Possible Subsequent Contract To Be Concluded Based On The Ongoing Framework Agreement, Respectively Maximum 12.31.2026, Or Before The Specified Date In The Event Of The Exhaustion Of The Amounts From The Last Subsequent Contract. During The Execution Of The Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Will Award At Least Two Subsequent Contracts/Year, Within The Limits Of The Allocated Budget Funds, And The Maximum Duration Of A Subsequent Contract Is 6 Months
