The Supply Of Lighting Fixtures And The Telemanagement System Directly Contributes To The Rehabilitation And Modernization Of The Existing Public Lighting System, In Order To Comply With The Requirements Of National And European Standards Applicable In The Field. The Public Procurement Contract Has A Significant Impact On Increasing The Performance Of The Public Lighting System, By Improving Lighting Parameters, Increasing Energy Efficiency, Reducing Electricity Consumption And Reducing Operating And Maintenance Costs. Also, The Implementation Of The Provided Technical Solutions Contributes To Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Increasing Road And Pedestrian Safety, As Well As Improving The Visual Comfort Of Users. The Object Of The Contract Refers To The Purchase Of A Total Number Of Light Fixtures Controlled By Telemanagement: 1080 Pieces And Related Materials; • 40 W Led Lighting Fixtures Equipped With Remote Management Controller: 172 Pieces; • 25 W Led Lighting Fixtures Equipped With Remote Management Controller: 903 Pieces; • 10 W Led Lighting Fixtures Equipped With Remote Management Controller And Pir Sensor: 5 Pieces. The Telemanagement System Implemented Will Allow The Control, Monitoring And Management Of The Operation Of The Public Lighting Network In Real Time, Thus Contributing To: • Reducing Electricity Consumption; • Optimization Of Operating Costs; • Reducing Co₂ Emissions; • Increasing The Reliability Of The Public Lighting System.
