Organizing And Running A Stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point - Pszok, Referred To In Point 5 Of The Opz, E. Providing Each Property With A Municipal Waste Collection Schedule Covering The Entire Period Of 2027 Along With With The Instructions/Leaflet Regarding The Principles Of Waste Segregation And Disposal - Referred To In Point 6 Of The Opz, F. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order While Maintaining Due Diligence And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including, Among Others: Resolutions Of The Polanka Wielka Commune Council On The Adoption Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Polanka Wielka Commune And On The Detailed Method And Scope Of Providing Services In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners And Managing This Waste In Exchange For The Municipal Waste Management Fee Paid By The Property Owner; The Above-Mentioned The Resolutions Are Annexes No. 4 And 5 To The Swz. 4. The Map Of The Commune And The List Of The Number Of Buildings Located On A Given Street In Polanka Wielka Are Attached As Annexes 13 And 14, Respectively, To The Swz.
