Art 2-1 Of The Consultation Regulations) The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Rental Of Rolling Stock And The Transport Of Materials Within The Territory Of The Le Havre Seine Métropole Urban Community Or At A Maximum Distance Of 50 Km From The City Of Le Havre. - Form Of The Framework Agreement (Cf. Art 2-3 Of The Consultation Regulations) This Consultation Will Give Rise To A Framework Agreement With Single-Award Purchase Orders. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded: - Without Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Of 400,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement For The Urban Community, - Without Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Of 450,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement For The City Of Le Havre
