Refuse And Waste Related Services – Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste From Uninhabited Properties In The Gryfino Commune. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Municipal Waste Management Services Originating From The Gryfino Commune - Collected From Owners Of Uninhabited Properties - Fraction Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste - Code 20 03 01. Transport Of Waste From The Reloading Point Located Within The Gryfino-Wschód Municipal Waste Landfill (Division No. 96/16, Wełtyń Ii District, Gryfino Commune) And The Related Costs Of Delivering Waste To The Waste Management Installation Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage The Waste Collected From The Ordering Party, Which Is The Subject Of The Order Under The Agreement, In The Municipal Installation, In Accordance With Art. 29A Section 1 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste. The Contractor Running Municipal Installations Referred To In Art. 35 Section 6 Point 1 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587), Are Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Information About The Waste Transferred To Them By The Ordering Party, Which They Subjected To The Process Of Preparation For Re-Use, Recycling Or Transferred For This Purpose To Another Waste Holder, In Accordance With Art. 9Oa Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733). In Order To Determine The Value Of The Order, The Ordering Party Indicates The Expected/Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Managed By The Contractor In The Period Covered By These Proceedings - 2050 Mg. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Waste To Be Managed Under The Order - The Amount Given Above Is An Estimate, While The Actual Amounts Of Waste To Be Managed Under This Order Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Above-Mentioned Expected/Estimated Amount Of Waste Intended For Management Under This Order Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims In The Event Of A Reduction In The Amount Of Waste Submitted For Management By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Resolution Of The Proceedings In Question, However, The Ordering Party Guarantees The Amount Of Waste Transferred For Management At The Level Of 50% Of The Estimated Amount Of Waste Indicated Above. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Monthly Information Containing Data On:  The Weight Of Waste Accepted For Management In A Given Month, Indicating The Weight Of Waste From Individual Transports, Along With An Indication Of The Installation To Which The Waste Was Transferred,  The Method Of Waste Management, Determined On The Basis Of The Lists Of Waste Recovery And Disposal Processes Specified In Annexes No. 1 And 2 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste Or In An Appropriate Act. The Information Referred To Above Will Be Provided By The Contractor Within 7 Days From The End Of A Given Month, In Writing, With The Signature Of The Person Preparing It And In Electronic Form.
