The Orders To Be Placed On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement Are Aimed At The Helsinki-Tampere Rail Section And Basically The Following Projects: • Helsinki-Riihimäki Capacity Increase 2Nd And 3Rd Phase, And • Helsinki-Tampere Basic Improvement, Initial Phase Despite The Above-Stated Starting Point, Orders According To The Framework Agreement Can Also Be Placed In Other Areas, I.E. In New Projects That May Start On The Track Section During The Contract Period. The Goal Of The Framework Agreement Is To Efficiently Produce High-Quality Planning And Expert Material For The Use Of Projects. The Assignments Given On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Focus On The Various Planning Phases Of The Projects, As Well As Planning And Expert Tasks During Construction: • Track And Road Design, • Electric Track And High-Current Design, • Safety Equipment Design, • Geotechnical Design, • Skill Structure Design And Repair Design, • Noise And Vibration Surveys, • Environmental Planning And Surveys, • Environmental Technical Services And Expert Surveys Of The Use Of The Rail Network (Excluding Construction And Supervision) And • External Inspection Activities. Materials Created In The Service Must Be Delivered In Finnish. The Content Of The Tasks Included In The Service Is Defined In More Detail In The Assignment-Specific Orders And Contracts. The Amount Of Work To Be Performed Within The Scope Of The Framework Arrangement Is Estimated To Be Eur 15,000,000 In Total During The Validity Period Of The Framework Arrangement, Excluding Value Added Tax. The Framework Arrangement Is Concluded With At Least Three (If There Are Less Than 3 Accepted Offers, The Framework Arrangement Can Also Be Concluded With One Or Two Operators) And With A Maximum Of Four Suppliers. Place 4 Is Included In The Framework Arrangement, If The Difference Between The Comparison Price Of The Accepted Offer For That Place And The Cheapest One Is Less Than 20%.
