The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of New, Unused And Fully Functional Furniture - School Furniture And Equipment In The Contractors Buildings. Delivery, Transport To The Place Of Delivery, Unloading, Assembly, Assembly, Installation, Placement Of Equipment In The Premises Designated By The Client, Removal And Ecological Disposal Of Packaging Materials And Bringing The Delivered Equipment Into A Condition Suitable For Proper Use Are Part Of The Performance. For The Implementation Of This Public Contract, A Contract Will Be Concluded With One Supplier. All Delivered Products Must Meet The Requirements Established By Generally Binding Legal Regulations, Technical Standards And Safety Regulations Valid In The Territory Of The Czech Republic And The European Union. All Materials Used Must Be Harmless To Health, Suitable For Use In A School Environment And Must Meet The Requirements Of The Relevant Legislation Relating To Product Safety. Edges, Corners And Other Structural Parts Of Furniture Must Be Designed To Minimize The Risk Of Injury During Normal Use. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter And Conditions Of Performance Of The Public Contract Is Provided In The Draft Business Terms And Conditions – Draft Contract (Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation) And In The List Of Supplies And Works (Annex No. 5 Of The Procurement Documentation). The Basis For The Preparation Of The Offer Is The List Of Supplies And Works, Including The Statement Of Dimensions And Other Documents, Which Are An Integral Part Of This Tender Documentation.
